Es gibt im Wohnbereich einen Smart Fernseher mit Netflix & Co., ASTRA-Satelliten- sowie spanischem Fernsehen und natürlich haben Sie auch kostenloses WIFI, sodass Sie jederzeit mit Freunden und Familie in Verbindung bleiben oder auch einfach im Internet browsen können.
Die große Terrassentüre führt zu einer gemütlichen kleinen Sonnenterrasse, die von Pflanzen umgeben ist und einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Gärten und den Poolbereich bietet. Sie ist mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet, damit Sie das ganze Jahr über im milden kanarischen Klima draußen essen können. Natürlich ist sie auch ideal zum Sonnenbaden, und wenn es Ihnen zu warm wird ist der Pool nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die vom Wohnzimmer durch eine große hölzerne Frühstücksbar separiert ist, so dass Sie sich mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden unterhalten können, während Sie eine köstliche Mahlzeit zubereiten.
In den zwei Schlafzimmer gibt es je 2 Einzelbetten. Die beiden Betten können leicht in ein großes Doppelbett mit einer bequemen Toppermatratze umgewandelt werden - lassen Sie mich einfach wissen, was Sie bevorzugen. Und falls Sie sich bereits so an die Kanaren aklimatisiert haben, dass Sie eine Sieste machen möchten, können Sie dies bequem machen da die Verdunkelungsvorhänge die Mittagssonne komplett ausblenden.

As always we have had a wonderful stay here. Simone has updated the apartments and they are very comfortable with everything you need. The apartment and the area around are kept beautifully clean and tidy. It is easy to book with Simone and she sends out plenty of information and the necessary details for arrival and departure. We will be back again. Very good value for money too.
Hübsch eingerichtetes Appartement mit schöner Terrasse. Die Gastgeberin und das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten verschönern die Ankunft. Die Anlage ist komplett abgeschlossen und nur durch ein Portal zu betreten. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man einen Supermarkt und Restaurants sowie 3 Naturschwimmbecken. Parkplätze sind überall an der Straße vorhanden. Ein großes Plus sind Waschmaschinen, die in der Anlage zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Pool und Garten werden jeden Tag gereinigt und gepflegt. Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut. Check in und Check out sind einfach und kontaktlos. Meerblick hat man wohl nur von den oberen Etagen. Der Blick in den Garten ist aber sehr schön.
Absolutely fantastic holiday soo relaxing. Weather was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful. Also the staff on the complex very friendly. Looking forward to going back. Roll on the next holiday.

The apartment was very clean & convenient for all the local facilities. Well furnished & with those little extras that make a stay comfortable & relaxing. We live on Lanzarote & come to Charco de Palo regularly for chilled breaks. Now that we have found Simone’s apartments we will always use them. Thanks for a very relaxing weekend.We strolled across for fresh coffee & bread at the commercial centre ( 2 minutes walk) every morning and wined and dined at Lili’s Bar.One word sums up our time here …PERFECT! My wife and I stayed in these Charco del Palo apartments in October and loved every moment of our 10 night stay. We have always found the October weather in Lanzarote to be perfect and this year was no exception. From the moment you book your stay in these apartments Simone is in contact to give all the details you need to know, and throughout your stay she remains in contact to give you very extensive information on the local area and upcoming events. The apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for your stay. There is a large pool set in the middle of the grounds around which the apartments are set. The grounds are beautifully kept by a very industrious and efficient grounds staff. The caretaking and cleaning staff ensure towels and bedding are changed regularly and the apartments are presented to each new customer in perfect condition. We loved our stay there and are already trying to arrange our commitments for our next visit.
This accommodation is self-catering with everything you could possibly want, although there are very good dining options close by. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with towels and bedding changed regularly by very pleasant and efficient staff. The grounds in which the accommodation is situated are kept beautifully and there is a large pool around which the apartments are ranged. Simone, the owner of our apartment, was extremely pleasant and helpful regarding all types of information on the local area. She is very keen to make sure clients have all their necessary requirements and very quick to respond to their requests.

The house is located two minutes walk from the sea. It is very nice and the lawn and the outdoor swimming pool are kept with great care. Simone is always very available to the needs of his guests. I hope to come back soon!
Das Apartment 32 in der 1. Etage mit Terrasse, hat einen tollen Blick zum Meer und war sehr sauber. Es ist neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer ist das Bett mit einer hochwertigen Matratze und Kopfkissen ausgestattet, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen! Simone ist eine Eigentümerin, mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für ein ausgeglichenes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Die Apartment Anlage, welche Sie zusammen mit einem weiteren Eigentümer betreibt, ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool blitzsauber. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist vermerkt, dass im Pool und angrenzender Liegewiese nur FKK gestattet ist. Dies hatten einige Gäste sowie ich überlesen und wir kamen in Bikini Hose/ Badehose. Bis auf ein Paar haben nach meiner Einschätzung alle Anderen gut zusammen harmoniert, man traf sich ja auch in der Natur Badebucht und beim Spaziergang am Meer.

El trato con Simone es lo mejor del alojamiento. Su disposición y sus ganas de hacer las cosas bien es increíble. La mejor host que he tenido desde que uso Booking. La limpieza en general es bastante buena. El silencio y el entorno es inmejorable. Las camas suficientemente cómodas y la cocina está muy bien equipada.
El complejo es súper tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de relax. Simone y los trabajadores son muy serviciales y atentos. Sin duda alguna repetiríamos la estancia, ha sido perfecto.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, Simone ha sido muy atenta y servicial en todo momento, te recomienda restaurantes, playas, atardeceres,… El complejo es muy tranquilo, perfecto para disfrutar unos días de paz. Muy buenas condiciones, sin duda alguna recomendamos mucho venir aquí.

Super Urlaub und super Ferienapartment. Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben nichts vermisst und konnten mal richtig abschalten. Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail sehr detailliert eingerichtet. Wir waren begeistert und konnten mal komplett abschalten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
